Hello, I’m Chana Medley.

I am the Office Manager here at Steve Conway State Farm and a licensed property and casualty insurance producer.

I began my insurance career with State Farm in 2015 and first started with Steve Conway’s office here in Kansas City, MO in 2018. Prior to I that, I spent over 20 years doing Office & Accounting Management in various fields of business.

When I’m not working you will find me very busy doing life with my husband of 10 years and our kids. My husband and I are a blended family with SEVEN children, ages 27-13, and 2 grandsons, ages 3 and 6 months. And I can’t forget our sweet fur-baby Kiah, our 4-year-old rescue puppy, who is the real baby in the house. We stay very active with our church and with school activities, which makes life a bit crazy at times, but we are oh so blessed.

The mission, here at Steve Conway Insurance Agency, is to help people manage the risks of everyday life and recover from the unexpected. We strive to make sure our team is providing the greatest customer service possible, as we truly care for our customers.

I’m blessed to be a part of this team with an Agent like Steve Conway at our lead. He’s truly one of a kind. You won’t find a more honest, hardworking agent, who goes above and beyond to ensure his customers are taken care of.

I truly enjoy interacting with our customers and it is a joy to be able to help people every day in my line of work. I typically work on some of the more complex tasks that come up in our office, so you may not speak to me as often as you do my Team Members, who usually answer the phones. However, I’m always happy to help should you need anything, and am up to date with most everything going on in our office.

Hello! My name is Mckenzie, and I’m originally from Washington state, but now live in Missouri. My husband is in the United States Army, and we enjoy traveling all over the states! I have two amazing girls that I am proud of, one that currently attends the College of the Ozarks in Branson, and another that is finishing her senior year in high school and will be starting at OTC in Springfield next fall. I have been a part of the State Farm Family since 2016, and currently carry my insurance licenses in the states of Missouri, Kansas, Illinois, and Mississippi. I am a full time remote team member as my husband’s assignments take us to new places, and I am very blessed to be a part of Steve’s office and have a position that travels with me! My time outside of work is spent managing and operating my photography business, traveling, spending time with my family as often as I can, catching up on a favorite Netflix show or good book, and loving up on my pets!
