I've had to reach out many times over the years for hit-and-runs (not my fault!), accidents, weather related damage, etc... I have always received a response immediately. They have always been great with communication. They make things clear, concise and consistent. I have shopped rates just for the heck of it but have not found any other company that comes close to the rates I am given.
