"I have had my vehicles and homeowners policy with Steve since 2016 and have always been extremely happy with my service. Steve and Spencer are always attentive with any questions I have even if they might be dumb ones. During our last heat wave we had a mechanical malfunction on our outdoor AC unit and the fan died.
